Maintenance Engineering
During the years BARATTI developed skills in mechanical components and plants refurbishment. Maintenance activities follow precise and programmed phases in order to provide a 360° high quality service. All activities are flexible and can even bring to the realization of a brand new component.
1.
VISUAL ANALYSIS: the worn out component’s taken in charge by the technical department for a first evaluation of its status.
2.
MEASURE ANALYSIS:: in this phase we disassamble the worn component and every single part’s analyzed and measured in order to understand which components has to be substituted and which can be repaired.
3.
TECHNICAL ANALYSIS: at this step procedure and activities to be done take a shape and, in the mean time, we define a budgetary price.
4.
MAIN ACTIVITY: our maintenance technicians take in charge the project already shared with the customer and provide the necessary activities to restore the worn component at its original status even changing the parts that cannot be repaired.
5.
TEST: BARATTI QC service verifies components maintenance and/or substitution quality certifyng that all steps have been properly executed.
6.
END OF WORK: in case we managed the activity in house we plan delivery and assembly in customer’s workshop.
