BARATTI, has a strong and selected supply chain that can complete our technological processes in order to offer a mechanical machining service as milling, lathing and boring. BARATTI takes care of the logistic issues too on customers needs in order to deliver a complete finished product.
Grinding
BARATTI owns a sophisticated and fully equipped grinding department for internal and external (flat, spherical and cylindrical) that can handle big dimension components. Our plants can machine diameter up to 1.850 mm for a mex length of 10.000 mm. Flat grinding have a max dimension of 5.000 mm per 1.500 and can process valve slab gates up to 50″.
Galvanic
Since 1912 BARATTI is a leader in galvanic process for surface hardening. Due to principal plats dimensions, 2.2 m dimeter per 6.5 m depth BARATTI can handle huge dimensions components up to 13 m lunghi. As complete to this service the company offers the grinding service.
Metallization
The use of metallization belongs to historical experience of BARATTI. SL coating family for dimensional recovery or as a noble coating can be used in different fields: paper mills (re-coilers rools coated on site, Yankee rolls, variable bombs rolls), mechanical (under quote seats, scrolling seats, eccentric shafts) energetical(13% Cr steel coating on turbine, hydroeletric plants, al coating on compressor cages).

TermalSpray
BARATTI offers a refurbishments service of worn components through Thermalspray technology. With this method is possible to deposit high quantity of fused material of different kind and chemical composition.
HVOF (projection coating)
With this technology BARATTI coat through projection differenti kinds of carbide for different purposes as sliding reduction and seizure probability.
